What you can do here
- Find a home: apartments and single rooms on the map, with prices, photos and an application right on the site.
- Post a housing request: describe what you are looking for in a free housing request – landlords see it and can offer you a flat, and new matching listings come to your e-mail.
- Find help nearby: moving, cleaning, tradespeople and furniture from private people and companies.
- Read our guides: step by step through renting in Germany, from documents and SCHUFA to Wohngeld and getting the deposit back. All guides.
Who is behind Flat-Radar.com
Flat-Radar.com is run by Andrii Tvardovskyi, office: Knesebeckstraße 62–63, 10719 Berlin. The full provider details are in the Impressum.
Six languages
The whole site works in Ukrainian, German, English, Russian, Polish and Spanish – for people who move to Germany and for landlords who want to reach them. Names, addresses and descriptions written by users stay in their original language.
How we prepare our guides
- We check every fact against official sources: laws, berlin.de and service.berlin.de, the Jobcenter and the Federal Employment Agency, federal ministries, and tenant and consumer organisations.
- Each guide shows the date of its last update. We review amounts and rules at least once a year and whenever the law changes.
- Where something is only planned or still unclear, we say so.
- Our guides are general information, not legal advice. For your own case, ask a tenants’ association (Mieterverein), the free tenant advice in your district or the responsible office.
